3 X HEALTHY CHRISTMAS SMOOTHIE
So, are you still enjoying the aftermath of all the dinners? To start these days or the coming days a bit lighter and healthier, I'm sharing three of my favorite smoothies. You can even add superfoods like goji berries, flaxseed, maca powder, or spirulina. You could definitely use that.
Green Santa Smoothie
This is a super nutritious and filling smoothie. You can also drink this as lunch. You will need a juicer and a blender; if you only have the latter at home, then use organic juice.
Here's what you need and how to make it:
2 apples (or organic apple juice without sugar)
3 pieces of pineapple
a quarter cucumber
a piece of ginger about 2 centimeters
a generous handful of spinach
half an avocado
Peel all the fruit, wash the spinach, and put it in the blender. Apples can go through the juicer first, and otherwise, use organic juice. Blend it all together and you're done.
Healthy winter chocolate shake
Maybe you don't feel like a green monster at all, but you still want to stay in the sweet Christmas spirit. This smoothie is really a treat and super healthy. So no worries.
Here's what you need and how to make it:
Teaspoon of cocoa
1 banana
A glass of almond milk
Very simple, put everything together, blend it into a smoothie, and enjoy.
Orange winter
For this juice, it's really nice to use a juicer
Here's what you need and how to make it
juice of 3 carrots
juice of 2 apples
3 pieces of pineapple
peeled piece of ginger 2 centimeters
juice of half a lemon
Put all the ingredients, except for the pineapple and lemon juice, through the juicer. Then pour the juice into the blender along with the pieces of pineapple and lemon juice and blend away.
