9 THINGS YOU MUST EAT THIS SUMMER

Spring is good, summer is even better. Time for picnics in the park and hours of barbecue sessions. But be careful, what you eat affects your figure and your skin.

Leave sausages and fatty sauces behind, focus on these 9 products and you will come out of summer rejuvenated and refreshed.

  1. Watermelon, watermelon, watermelon

This fruit consists, very strangely, of 90% water and contains a lot of vitamin C. It hydrates the skin and contributes to collagen production. That and the antioxidants help prevent aging.

  1. Blackberries, raspberries, strawberries.

They are very tasty and also packed with antioxidants that protect you from the effects of the sun. If it's five o'clock, you can blend them and throw in a little splash of vodka, of course. It should all be fun.

  1. Pineapple

Full of vitamins and minerals. Pineapple also contains bromelain, which works very well if you are ‘overheated’ or burned.

  1. Citrus fruits. Lemon, orange, lime

I'll spare you the technical explanation of how proline and lysine work, but it helps with collagen production, making you look younger.

  1. Cucumber

Like watermelon, it consists largely of water. It refreshes and hydrates, and let's just say it's a delicious snack.

  1. Tomatoes

Good for wrinkles and fine lines. I recommend a fresh gazpacho for lunch. You get both tomato and cucumber at once.

  1. Arugula

Delicious in your pasta. It contains vitamins K and A. Did you know that eating this is also good for acne and eczema? At least, for combating it.

  1. Salmon

Rich in omega 3, keeping your skin nice and resilient.

  1. Coconut water

Please skip those chemical sports drinks. Just a straw in the coconut and drink up. It ensures smooth skin, is oh so healthy, and is the perfect remedy for a hangover. Although you never have to deal with that, of course.
