Amayzine

You could have read it yesterday at Jet's shake or on the Instagram account of Amayzine, but we have started a new project: Destination Killerbody. When we saw the first footage of Amayzine TV again, it was quite a shock, the camera really makes you look 5 kilos heavier. On top of that, I have personally always had a pretty passionate dislike for sports and have never done it. And look, I know I'm not a heavy person with severe obesity, but I would like to be a little tighter and fitter. Time for action then. Together with Jet, I am going to get fit in three months and carefree strut along the beach in a bikini this summer. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, we have private training for an hour at 07:30, alternating boxing and crossfit. After such an hour, we are completely exhausted, sweat is pouring from our foreheads, and our hands are shaking for at least another hour or two – there is really nothing charming about it. Furthermore, I try to leave the white rolls as much as possible at lunch and swap them for whole grain crackers and other healthy stuff. People who know me a bit know that this is quite a thing because until recently I was really completely anti-healthy everything. But summer is just around the corner and I really can't wait to frolic carefree on the beach and play beach ball in my bikini or something (I hate beach ball but you get what I mean). Keep in mind, it has to be fun too. Don't think that I will leave my glass of wine untouched and as soon as I sit on a terrace, a portion of bitterballen will definitely be ordered. We are mainly going to train really hard and as sports guru Esmée once told me, if you exercise, you can also eat. I would say, join in! It's always easier together than alone and we could all use some motivation. #destinationkillerbody, here we come!
