Yes, it's really going to happen. From today, the killerbody project has started. From now on, three times a week (at half past 7 in the morning) an hour of personal training. Boxing, crossfit, cardio, skipping rope, circuit training or whatever. We are swapping sandwiches for rice cakes, pasta for quinoa, and chocolate for unsalted nuts. And a glass of wine, yes, for a glass of wine? It has to stay fun.
What do you need and how do you make it:
- A frozen banana
- A generous handful of coconut flakes
- Pinch of cinnamon
- A few large splashes of coconut water
Place a banana (without the peel!) in the freezer overnight. Put all the ingredients in the blender and shake everything together. This shake is super healthy, smart, and energy-rich. Look, and that's exactly what I need.
