Yes, it’s really about to happen. The killer body project started today. From now on we’ll work out with a personal trainer three times a week (at half past 7 in the morning). Boxing, crossfit, cardio, jump rope, circuit training or whatever. We’ll trade in sandwiches for rice crackers, pasta for quinoa, and chocolate for raw nuts. And a glass of wine for, well, still a glass of wine. It still has to be fun. I’m giving you the recipe for a killer body proof shake for the hours during which a glass of wine isn’t appropriate

What do you need and how to prepare it:

  • A frozen banana
  • A good handful of coco flakes
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Some dashes of coconut water

Put a banana (without the peel!) in your freezer for one night. Add all the ingredients in the blender and shake. This shake is super healthy, low-fat, and an energy boost. Look and that’s exactly what I need.
