DANIE BLES AND HER IT-GIRLS

Ending a sunny day with a show by fashion stylist and designer Danie Bles. I can't imagine a worse scenario. Danie loves to show off and she does it well. On Thursday evening, she did that at the royal cinema Tuschinski. And not to show a movie there, but for the autumn/winter collection of the ByDanie collection. So off we went. The red carpet was rolled out for all of known Netherlands. Liza Sips, Patty Brard, Kimberley Klaver, Vivian Reijs, Estelle Cruijff, I'm sure I'm forgetting a whole bunch, family and friends.
‘The collection is inspired by the ultimate it-girl. She travels the world, from Ibiza to New York and from Milan to Paris. In every city, she has favorite hotspots and dances to the beats of the best DJs. She knows the trendiest clubs and the coolest hotels. It-girls just wanna have fun.’ Well Danie, that message came across perfectly.
The models were stunning one by one with beautiful shiny and wavy hair, including a few girls who walked for the occasion like blogger Lizzy van der Ligt and the brand new girlfriend of Waylon. Who of course sat front row. I saw a lot of leopard print, shiny tight pants with a little glitter, fun fur, a lot of mix and match and rock and roll looks.
I can hardly say it, but Candy Dulfer stole the show, oh how well that woman can play. I saw all the mules secretly tapping along with the music, it swung and it bubbled, I got an international feeling. And that is Danie.
I can't wait until the collection is in stores. And then I will immediately head to New York or something. Or to Ibiza.
