The dream premiere of Carolien

Yesterday was finally the premiere of Tuscan Wedding. The whole day was packed with appointments for dress, hair, and makeup. When I finally stepped out the door in full regalia, the rain was pouring down from the sky. No typical Dutch premiere on a bike, but chic in a taxi I rode with my fresh fiancé towards Tuschinski.

What a joy to see the entire cast again. Under the direction of director Johan Nijenhuis, we walked the red carpet with the cast to speak to the press. I wore a beautiful dress by Ghimells. Despite the long sleeves, I still had goosebumps and purple lips when I walked inside.

Seeing the beautiful wedding dress of Lieke van Lexmond in the film made my thoughts drift to my own wedding dress…
Afterwards, we were crammed into a car with the entire cast and sent to RTL Late Night. Sophie van Oers wore a dress by Monique Collignon that was so voluminous that she almost needed her own car.

After the broadcast, we continued the premiere party together at Bar Americain. Despite the busy schedule and many interviews, this was by far the best premiere ever, thanks to the lovely and amazing cast. I say; this summer Tuscan Wedding part 2!
