Amayzine

We have been working on Destination Killerbody for about three weeks now and since we are secretly just impatient toddlers, it is starting to get quite annoying that we still see zero point zero results. No, I really didn't expect to have a six-pack after a week, but a little more definition (as they call it) would have been nice. Anyway, none of that, the road to the six-pack is long. To at least stay on the right track, I haven't eaten much bread for about three weeks. To be honest, I have to say that it sometimes goes wrong on the weekends, but during the week I eat neatly according to the Killerbody regime; rice cakes, salmon, cottage cheese, salad, and occasionally some hummus. There is no skimping on alcohol (life has to stay fun), but last week was actually quite a good week. The week in points:

– Our boxing teacher will go on vacation for a week at the end of May and to ensure that the training doesn't stop, he arranges a substitute who came to introduce himself this week. So everyone had their own boxing teacher for an hour and that is intense. Shaking little arms and excruciating muscle pain were the result.

– Jet wrote about it last week, but I have indeed fully embraced the superfoods. Chia seeds, goji berries, and who knows what else, I throw it all over my low-fat quark (with pieces of fruit) and I feel like I may not necessarily become very slim, but I am super healthy and that is also worth something.

– I find that I manage to hold my own surprisingly well in the kitchen. Anyone who saw Amayzine TV last Saturday knows that I am actually a disaster at cooking and prefer takeout, but unfortunately, that is not killerbody-proof, so cooking is the motto. Fish, vegetables, stir-frying, well, actually it's not that difficult.

– On Thursday we went armed with a pink Amayzine microphone to film at the farewell party of Louis Bollee at Schuim. That was quite exciting and in the nerves there I accidentally grabbed a bitterball from the tray. Maybe it was two. Or three, very possibly.

– When we are done filming, we are really exhausted, having a camera on your head all evening is just incredibly tiring. The next morning we have to do crossfit again at 07:30 for an hour and the thought of that almost makes us nauseous. Crazy, but we are also really, really happy with the message we receive from our teacher at 06:00: “I was awake all night, so I'm skipping it.‘ SLEEPING IN!

– Or well, a little, we still have to go to the office today. And what a day, another whole day of filming for Amayzine TV. This time I can't get a bite down due to nerves and I don't see Jet very enthusiastic at the lunch table either.

Monday is always a new beginning of a new week full of opportunities. We are going to exercise again, eat well, drink little – you know the drill. The weekend will still be a bit of a thing because of Easter. A tip in advance; take the yolk out of your egg. There is quite a bit of fat in it and if you only eat the egg white, you are really doing well. Killerrrrrrrbody!
