EPISODE 2
I always start to sweat a little when I hear that summer is really about to begin. That means shorts, spaghetti straps, and short shirts. And don't forget, the bikini on the beach. Now, it's really not that bad for me, but having a bit more abdominal muscles has never hurt anyone, right?
You really don't have to sweat for hours in the gym to walk confidently on the beach. You can just do it at home on a mat, so no worries. You'll be done in a quarter of an hour. Just be sure to do it every day, of course.
Exercise 1
Lie on your back with your legs at 90 degrees. Tap your shoes with your hands. Tighten your abs well. Do this 30 times.
Then throw your legs high in the air and keep them straight towards the ceiling. Tap your shoes with your hands again. 30 times.
Do three sets of this exercise.
Exercise 2
Take a ball. Don't have one yet? You can buy one online for little money (trust me, you'll be very happy with this. Also handy to use instead of a chair. Because you're constantly looking for your balance, your abs, legs, and back get a good workout.).
Roll from your stomach to your feet and support yourself with your hands on the ground. Then pull your legs in and out again. Looks easy, but it's not. Repeat this 30 times, take a break, and then do another set. Repeat this 3 times.
