quinoa

Quinoa for breakfast: delicious! Quinoa is also back in large quantities on the shelves. Last season, the harvest had failed. Those poor superfood freaks had to do without it for a while or pay ten euros for a small bag from the organic store. That was a bit too much for me. But well, it's back now.

It may sound a bit strange. Quinoa for breakfast, but believe me, it's truly divine. It's incredibly filling, gives you energy, and it also contains an enormous amount of protein, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Provided, of course, that you work out a few times a week, but that's logical.

What do you need and how do you make it:

  • Quinoa
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Grated apple
  • Walnuts
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Raisins or dried fruits
  • Goji berries
