Enough about sports, let's talk about the hospitality industry in Berlin now. Those who work hard can also chill hard, right? So we did that too after our Nike workouts.

I must honestly admit that I need to go back to Berlin soon to give you an even longer list of hotspots, and many of these tips I only saw through the window to see that it looks really cool, because I didn't have that much time. Are you coming with me soon?

Where to sleep

This is the hotel where I slept this week. It has just opened, but it's super popular. You hardly need to leave the hotel. There is a restaurant with an amazing view of the Berlin Zoo and with that same view, there is also The Monkeybar where many locals come to drink late into the night. On the 8thst there is a jungle sauna and hammocks hanging everywhere in the hotel where you can chill comfortably. There are many corners where you can work nicely on your computer and on the 3rdthe floor, there is a nice bakery and a shop with quirky gifts.

A very cool hotel in a perfect location, namely in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg area. In the evenings, the restaurant and bar are packed, and there might even be some dancing. The rooms are all different, but everything has a really cool design and is clean and white.

Where to have breakfast

Mitte is a nice neighborhood in Berlin with great coffee spots where you can spot many beautiful people. When you're there, have breakfast at Kaffee Mitte. Then you can immediately shop around the corner at &Other Stories, The Kooples, MONKI, and Urban Outfitters.

where To have lunch

Stay a little longer in Mitte and reserve a table for lunch at OLIV. And eat a super healthy salad or a piece of homemade cake. Trust me, you can't resist that. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside in a nice little street where many trendy types walk by.

Where to have dinner

The Devil’s Kitchen in Kreuzberg is hip shit. They have the best smokey eggplant, roasted cauliflower, and hummus in the city.

It's a dark place with a good atmosphere where you can hang out and drink all night. Devil’s Kitchen is centrally located among many other bars where you can still drink cocktails late into the night.

Where to drink

Berlin is known for partying 24/7. Well, this Bonbon Bar in the Mitte area is open until five in the morning on weekdays. You won't find that in Amsterdam. It's a very fancy bar, so you are definitely not overdressed with high heels. And watch out with the cocktails, because they are way too delicious.

Feeling a bit like flirting among the relaxed hip Berliners? Then go to Luzia. A busy bar where you can easily come in wearing your sneakers. And let a nice boy advise you on what the next destination should be.
