Original Christmas gifts
What on earth should I give again? Yep, I ask myself that quite often in the month of December. I celebrate Sinterklaas both Christmas. With family, but also once with friends here at the editorial office. It's really not that big and elaborate, you know, but a tree without presents always seems a bit sad to me. Maybe you think so too, and to help you get some gift inspiration, I have some nice ideas. I'm really into customized gifts. Have a name printed somewhere and you immediately have a super original gift. Print a nice text on a t-shirt and it's something that no one else has. Stick a photo on it and it's definitely a hit.
A planner
It's almost time for a new planner. Buy a nice one and have the initials of the person printed on it, for example. There are plenty of sites where you can do that. For example this. Then just add a few funny texts that you scribble on a few dates and you're done.
Calendar
What you can also do is make a birthday calendar, at hema.nl that's really easy. Choose all nice photos and make a collage out of them.
iPhone case
Let's stick around at Hema, because you can have so many incredibly fun things made there. How about an iPhone case with a photo? I like that.
T-shirt
Maybe there's a funny word or phrase that you often use. Have that printed on a t-shirt. This is a really nice store. They also have really nice T-models, but you can also buy something in another store.
Something tasty
At pastry chef Arnold Cornelis you can buy the most delicious pastries available. Have a sweet text written on them or (you can) even have a photo printed on them. Cute little cupcakes, cookies, or a small cake.
Expensive stuff
If you really, really, really want to go all out, you can buy something at Louis Vuitton and have initials printed on it in gold. For example, a small wallet, a passport holder, a clutch, or of course the neverfull bag, right? That works too. Santa, can you hear me?
