Not long ago, you had to invest many thousands of euros in expensive advertising campaigns to promote your (fashion) brand; nowadays, it is mainly fashionable personalities who create the hype and success of a brand on social media. Through street style photography, bloggers, and selfies, a completely new way of advertising has emerged.

A fashionista with a slightly exhibitionistic flair combined with good taste makes for an interesting showcase for many brands and designers. It's a total win if you can write a bit (blogs) and are active on social media. Bonus points if you get to sit front row at all the shows. Of course, you communicate at all events what you are wearing from whom. The fact that much of what you wear is gifted seems to be no problem for anyone.

Like many of my fashion colleagues, I have also become addicted to the Instagram pictures of Olivia (Palermo) and Victoria (Beckham), the blogs of Anna Della Russo and Leandra Medine . I post, therefore I am is the motto.
