Royal hairstyle

You naturally celebrate the very first King's Day with a Royal hairstyle. I mean, you already have the makeup looks on your eyes and mouth, but we all want hair worthy of Maxima. Now Antonio Corral Colero, Artistic Director of Moroccanoil, has been inspired by the royal looks of our Queen and has created a nice, and if I may say so, easy step-by-step plan for it. You still have a day, so watch the video, practice a few times and then you too will walk around with a chic chignon tomorrow., Don't wash your hair today. You can actually work best with slightly rougher hair, but that still looks clean, of course. Then apply 1-2 pumps of Moroccanoil Treatment to dry hair to make it soft and manageable. Create a parting from the highest point of your left eyebrow to the middle of your head and extend this to your right ear. Temporarily secure this section with a clip, so you can first focus on the rest. Then apply 1 pump of Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream to smooth out any loose strands.

Step 1

Make a low ponytail and wrap an elastic around it, but leave enough space for the chignon. Choose a thin elastic, so it won't be too heavy and there's no chance you'll see it. Take the section you secured with the clip, wrap it around the ponytail and secure it with a pin.

Step 2

Divide the ponytail in half and tease the right section at the bottom. Smooth the top by spraying Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Medium on it. Twist this section over 3 fingers and tuck the ends of the hair inwards. Secure this loop with a pin. Do the same with the other section.

Step 3

Use your fingers to eliminate any gaps in the chignon by distributing the hair better. Secure this again with a pin at the bottom of the chignon. Then spray with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong to fix everything in place. After all, a queen also has that can in there so that there's no chance a gust of wind can ruin a hairstyle. For shine, spray a little with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine.

Step 4

Voila, it worked. Welcome Look-a-like Maxima. Enjoy! .
