Monday’s always a good moment for me to start another week of ‘healthy stuff’. Not because I quit halfway the week, but because I often drink a glass of wine on the weekends and have a hard time resisting a cheeseboard. I take the destination killerbody project extremely serious, but it has to remain somewhat fun.
Today, an explosion of energy and so easy to prepare, here it is:
WHAT DO YOU NEED AND HOW TO PREPARE IT?
- A big glass of carrot juice (from the organic store) or you can juice your own juice with a juicer.
- A banana
- A big handful of spinach
- Dash of coconut milk
Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix.
Tip! Add a couple of ice cubes to make the shake a tad fresher.
