Monday is always the moment for me to make a fresh start with ‘being healthy’. Not that I give up halfway through the week, but on the weekend I often have a glass of wine and it may be that I really can't resist the cheese platter. The destination killerbody-projectI take very seriously, but it has to remain fun.

Today a little energy bomb and an easy one to make, here it comes.

What's in it and how do you make it?

  • A large glass of carrot juice (from the health food store) or you can juice it yourself with a juicer
  • A banana
  • A large handful of spinach
  • A splash of coconut milk

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix it up.

Tip! Add a few ice cubes, then the shake will be a bit fresher.
