It is October. And October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To raise awareness for breast cancer, there are extra activities throughout the country, but there are also beautiful items for sale, a portion of the proceeds of which goes to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. It makes us all more aware of the fact that breast cancer is such an incredibly nasty disease, and we are all affected by it, but it is good that we become even more aware. So let's be honest.
