Blogger Linda Tol, easily recognizable from afar by her style and hairstyle. All photographers immediately rush towards her when she is spotted. Her Instagram-account and site are filled with inspiring photos. She is not without reason the winner of Zalando’s Blogger Award 2014. She recently moved to Milan (of course, that's where you just have to be). Linda, tell us how was your week.

Almost weekend. You must have had a busy week with FashionWeek and you were the winner of Zalando’s Blogger award. Did you celebrate that well?

I could only attend one show this season. This is due to my departure to Milan. Where I am at the moment. I actually shouldn't have been able to attend the Zalando’s Blogger awards, but unexpectedly I did. That was a surprise for everyone. I really had a great evening.

How is the weekend in Milan kicked off?

Around 8 PM I meet up with friends for an aperitivo. After that dinner and often we finish with another cocktail. It depends a bit on the busyness of the week.

What is your favorite weekend outfit?

A jeans, t-shirt or sweater and sneakers. Super comfortable.

What does Milan do on Sunday?

We usually meet up with friends for brunch.

What does your ideal Sunday look like? Anything goes!

Sleeping in, having a big breakfast, lounging in pajamas for hours, music on, if the weather is nice, I love to go for a walk. Meeting up with friends for a late lunch or drink. At the end of the afternoon, I do some grocery shopping to cook something nice at home in the evening.

Where do you find peace, time, and inspiration?

I travel a lot and that inspires me the most. This can vary from the menu of the restaurants, the surroundings, stores, people I meet, to the street style.

My life is quite hectic, I actually work seven days a week. On Sundays I try to take it a bit easier. But to really relax, I do need to go on vacation. I'm going to Cesme for 5 days in August, an all-inclusive trip via Corendon, really looking forward to it. Nice walks, eating, reading books, and catching up on sleep.

What kind of music do you listen to on the weekend?

That depends on my mood. But right now I really enjoy hearing a cheerful summery beat.

What do you have in your glass with this warm weather?

Fresh ice tea or coconut water, I've really become addicted to that recently.

What time does your alarm clock go off again on Monday?

At 7 AM. I have a few appointments here in Milan before leaving for London (where I'm flying for 24 hours for a photoshoot).
