Recently, I wrote with admiration and respect about Kim Kardashian's travel itinerary, now the English Grazia has highlighted a week in the life of Kate Moss.

May I take you through the Moss schedule?

We start on July 28, Kate takes an Easyjet from London to Turkey. Destination? The LifeCo wellbeing resort in Turkey. The place where Gwyneth Paltrow and Zoë Kravitz also rid themselves of all the evil that has come to them. After this speed detox, she quickly flew to London. Probably to pick up her turquoise bikini and Marc Jacobs fishnet top for Ricardo Tisci's party in Ibiza.

That was celebrated on August 1. Kate had to be there, you understand. If only because Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell, P. Diddy, Paris Hilton, Joan Smalls, Justin Bieber, and Anna dello Russo were also there. That Kate may be 40 in years but, let's say, 16 in her head became clear again when she danced, drank, and laughed until 06:00 in the morning and, lacking a bed within reach, used P. Diddy's chest for a power nap.

The rest of the weekend, Kate seemed to listen well to the local code. When in Ibiza... so the partying went on from late evening until... exactly, late evening.

On Monday, Kate flew further to Turkey. To finish her detox, or as she calls it, her little rehab.

So that's the secret, a detox sandwich built around a wild weekend of partying. Is that the recipe to survive this murderous pace with that appearance? Where do I sign?
