Sunday is Mother's Day and you tell the woman who brought you into this world that she is the very best, funniest, and prettiest. My style advice in seven steps.
Dress for spring. Go for a dress with a small pattern, a ruffle, or a flap.

A little belt completes the look for both dress and trousers.
I advise a flat shoe today. A strappy sandal if the sun is shining, and otherwise a ballerina or a good espadrille (with CHANEL being the favorite, of course), as there will surely be a walk on the menu, so you need to be able to move in all directions.
A little hat fits perfectly with this day. Choose one that mixes class and style and make sure it’s not too big. A small pillbox a la Jackie O. Or a headband with a floral corsage is perfect for this day.
Accessories complete the look. Choose a striking, unique brooch on the lapel of your jacket. Or wear a few nice bangles around your wrist. Instant success.
Last but certainly not least; dress comfortably. Your outfit should be suitable for sitting beautifully on the couch, walking through a rolling flower field, and enjoying an extensive brunch.
