Ideal gifts
for a wedding
So I definitely want to get married. I already know what kind of dress. Lace, long sleeves, slim fit, a bit like that of Kate Moss, but with long sleeves. Loose hair, not updo. And then in the evening the dinner with long tables somewhere in a French landscape, with lanterns in the trees and first a live band that only plays golden oldies, then a DJ. My dearest friend Elisabeth already has her speech ready, I believe. With the most embarrassing photos and videos of course. That comes with it. Sorry, I'm just daydreaming.
Maybe going to a wedding is even more fun than your own wedding. You only experience everything in a haze and can really enjoy it only after the whole spectacle is over. Today I’m helping you out with a nice gift for the lovebirds.
It's easy if the couple has already made a wish list. Usually, you can then go to a specific store where the newlyweds have already picked out some things they like. I must honestly say, I find it a bit cliché and not very personal. Therefore, here are some alternatives.
– Choose a beautiful quote or a name from a song that they really like. Have this written on a large sheet of paper (or if you can write beautifully yourself). Frame it and done. A truly personal gift and a beautiful keepsake of that day.
– Glass or crockery. That’s always a good choice.
– Duvet cover with the initials of the new couple on the pillows. And make sure it’s of really good quality, that feels heavy and rich, you know.
– Take photos all day during the wedding and give a photo book a few days later. This is also a very good gift if you don’t know the bride and groom (and the people attending the wedding) very well. Then you don’t have to worry about standing alone or having to talk a lot. You are busy taking nice photos.. – Buy a nice bathrobe for him and for her. Also print their names on it. It does sound a bit soft and a bit bourgeois, but hey, that’s part of it too.
– A coffee set.
. And then the best one from Rowena. They can immediately pack their things for the honeymoon in it.. – Stationery printed.
with their names and address. A bit old-fashioned, but ultra chic. And then have a stamp made with their initials. of – Have the wedding filmed by A Beautiful Day.
. And the best part is that the black-and-white film. is shown that same evening. Costs a bit, but incredibly cool. Well, you can definitely get by with this, right? And then one more nice thing. Send a large bouquet of flowers to the lovebirds a week after the wedding. Small effort, big effect. 1. Suitcase,.
