I could really use a healthy boost this Monday morning. After all those fashion week trips and a few fun evenings with my friends, it's time to start the week healthy again. This morning I rode my bike to the organic supermarket around the corner and bought kilos of vegetables and fruit. Right away for the whole week. Starting tomorrow, I will also pick up exercising again (every Tuesday and Friday at 07:30, yes really) so bring on the health. But first, the shake.

What do you need and how do you make it

  • 1 apple
  • half a banana
  • a few pieces of pineapple
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • a piece of ginger
  • half a cucumber
  • a splash of coconut water

Wash and peel all the vegetables and fruit and chop them into small pieces. Add a bit more coconut water (or a little water) if you notice that the ingredients don't blend well.

TIP!

You can also add a bit of mint to make the shake a bit fresher. Or some flaxseeds. That's good for digestion.
