The holiday is just behind us and you might still have a nice color on your face, but that will surely fade quickly. Time to apply color somewhere else to conceal that you are actually quite pale. Therefore, here are five in a row. My favorites, the must-haves of this season (because trends are also important) and the lipsticks that will help you through the winter and bring that little bit of color into your life.
1. Dior Addict
Why? You read here and here why I am such a huge fan of the new Dior Addict lipsticks, so you could have expected this one in the list. Dior Addict is the perfect combination of a lipstick and a gloss and has various color nuances, so there is always a perfect fit. It cares for your lips optimally (just as well as a lip balm) and shines and glitters wonderfully. Combined with the finest casing, it just leads to addiction.
Which color? Be Dior is a favorite, but actually, I want to add all 40 shades to my makeup bag.
2. Louboutin Silky Satin
Why? It's not surprising that every fashionista wants this lipstick in her Chanel bag. It’s a true gem and it comes beautifully packaged. All in all, a real Instagram party. There are 20 different colors to choose from, each with such a nice casing, and each color gives your lips a satin-like finish and a soft shine. Maybe a pair of shoes is still a bit too expensive, but until then, you can really rave about this Louboutin piece.

3. M.A.C Cosmetics
Why? M.A.C clearly has the cutest names in their collections. I mention ‘Men Love Mystery’, ‘Flat Out Fabulous’, and ‘Razzledazzler’. With names like that, you know it’s good, and the nice thing about M.A.C is that you get a high-end product for a relatively lower price. We like that. Furthermore, they apply easily and give a matte finish. A fun fact is that M.A.C lipsticks are often used in shoots, and if professional makeup artists use them, then you certainly can't fall behind.
Which color? A classic red color belongs in your collection, and Ruby Woo is the ideal candidate for that.
4. Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy
Why? Actually, this limited edition lipstick has everything you are looking for. All colors have been personally selected by Joan Smalls, so you know you’re in good hands. The casing of the lipstick looks incredibly luxurious and is a real eye-catcher. It has a creamy texture with a matte finish, fantastic pigment, and nice hydration. What I find the coolest is the magnetic closure. Just slide the cap on a little and see what happens. It closes perfectly immediately. Isn’t that just the coolest? We have our eyes set on the color Irrepressible.

Maybe not everyone knows this, but HEMA's makeup products are really great to work with. And especially
Why? the lipsticks . They last incredibly long – you can eat and drink whatever you want, but it’s guaranteed that the color will always stay on your lips. Furthermore, they hydrate your lips and are very well pigmented. One small thing: do pay attention to whether you pick the right color.
