6 x moving on vacation without taking sports shoes with you

I understand that your vacation is mainly meant to keep you busy with when to turn over on your beach chair, when to apply more sunscreen on your face, when lunch is served, and when you can order a glass of wine. At least, that's how mine will look this year. But, I wouldn't be Jettie if I didn't also pack a pair of running shoes. Early in the morning (somehow you never have hangovers on vacation), run along the water, beach, or whatever, and I can enjoy the day even more. Suppose you really don't feel like taking those shoes with you (I get it), then there are still other ways to move a bit during your vacation. I don't know, but maybe that little pasta dish will taste just a bit better. So here they come; exercising on vacation without needing sneakers.

Beach balls

Buy a set with paddles and a ball at a beach stall. Get your feet half in the water, put on your bikini, and go. You'll also get a nice tan from this.

Surfboard

Look, real wind or wave surfing, you really need to practice for a few days and take lessons and stuff. That might be asking too much, but if you buy a nice bodyboard, you can just enjoy bobbing in the waves. By the way, it can get pretty intense. Paddle back and go with the waves again. Seriously, you'll get sore muscles from this. Also here: make sure to apply sunscreen on your back well, because this is really tanning for advanced.

Beach walk

Take your loved one by the hand and take a long walk in the surf. You don't need sports shoes and you're still moving.

Snorkeling

If you're in an area where there's a lot of beauty to see underwater, then this is an excellent way to snorkel away your daiquiri from the night before.

Swimming

In the sea even more intense than in the pool. Swim half an hour every day and you've had a full body workout. Just keep up the pace, okay?.

A game of volleyball

Many beaches have a net set up. Don't be shy, ask if you can join the people who are already playing a game, and before you know it, you'll be playing for an hour. Mega workout.

Dancing

No sports shoes, but in your lovely flip-flops or wedges that of course still found a spot in your suitcase. Dance the night away, that's how you stay the slimmest and prettiest.
