We can be very long or short about it but a little poop everyone has to. Yes guys, us too. Doutzen too. Jennifer Lawrence too. Tash Oakley too. Emily Ratajkowski too (she is really every guy’s dream. You have to Google her, you don’t know what you’re seeing,” Lies just told me). And I don’t know who else you all like. They all poop. If you feel like reading what you can do when things aren’t going well for us for a day then I have here another little post for you and if you think: well, never mind, then I have another nice post for you.

Tips to help get things moving a bit.
– Drink water. Enough water. At least 1.5 liters a day.
– Add a scoop of flaxseed or a splash of flaxseed oil to your breakfast.
– Eat plenty of fiber-rich products like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, brown rice, and beans.
– Dried plums are also real winners. Add them to yogurt or oatmeal and you’ll go like a rocket.
– Eat a little spicy in the evening. Red pepper or cayenne pepper always works well.
– Move a lot. Take the bike or run a lap in the park.
And then Liesbeth and I have a secret. We sometimes take a “poop tea” as we call it. The Natural Bowel Movement tea from Zonnatura. Just make sure you’re close to a toilet and preferably your own toilet. Good luck and thank us later.
