Not a running fan?

I'll make sure you start to enjoy it.

I prefer to run every day. I find it so much nicer than the gym, especially because you spend much less time on it. For a run, you just put on your gear at home, your running shoes, and you're out the door in no time. And if you're back home within half an hour, you've had a great workout (just make sure to run at a decent pace, you understand). The gym is more hassle, takes longer, you have to bring shower stuff, fresh clothes, and afterwards you have a wet towel, that sort of thing.

I always find it a bit sad when people really don't like running or even hate it. I can give you so many benefits, and once you realize them yourself (just push through for a bit), you really won't want to take those shoes off. Here, I'll give you a pair, shall we go for a run together soon?

  • It's the cheapest gym ever.
  • If you also like to hit the gym for strength training, running is still the cheapest option. Choose a route with plenty of benches or steps, you can do enough exercises with your own body there. Or put weights in your backpack while running (makes it a bit heavier) to use somewhere during the run.
  • You can do it anywhere. But really anywhere. The best part is running in other cities, you see so much that way. I get a good excuse not to visit that museum (ahem). After all, I've seen everything!
  • It's a healthier gym because you have a treadmill outdoors, so you get more oxygen. And you don't have to deal with other people's sweat smells.
  • Maybe I can convince you if I say that running is really an excellent fat burner. You do need to run a bit harder than fast walking, just at a good pace, then it all goes very quickly with those slim legs.
  • When you run, you produce the substance endorphin, also known as the happiness hormone. You get a bit of a feeling of joy and you can set aside stress (if you have any) for a moment. It really clears your head.
  • If you run more often, you'll find it much easier to climb that staircase. Bet you sometimes huff and puff your way up?
  • The more you run, the more active you are between the sheets. Well, I read that somewhere too, but I certainly don't blame it. Are you in?

Tip! Treat yourself to the most beautiful running outfit that exists. Trust me, then you'll always want to run. And... you never know who you might meet, right?
