Every woman is happy with a manicure, facial treatment, or haircut every now and then. So when I was invited for a facial from Absolution and a hair treatment from L’Anza, I jumped for joy!

My skin felt much more even and hydrated after the treatment, with the discovery of the day: La Solution Eclat for imperfections. My hair turned out to be way too elastic and was crying out for an extra boost.

Unfortunately, the treatment had to be shortened a bit due to a last-minute interview with RTL Boulevard: but I could appear fully relaxed and groomed for the camera!

The last little spots in the house are finally tidied up and styled! For two months, I begged my husband to bring the drill out of the shed so we could hang these two artworks. I bought these prints in a set of 6 at Urban Outfitters in Antwerp: love it!

Every now and then, I have to admit to my addiction and completely stuff myself at the high tea in the Amstel Hotel. The biggest pitfall: During the first round, consuming too many savory snacks, so that by the time the ‘sweet’ course arrives, your pants button is already open and you can hardly get another bite in… And then I still had to start on this tiered stand! Luckily, they also do ‘doggy bags’ at the Amstel.

The big advantage of having a friend with 2 amazing stores in Maastricht: shopping from a distance! When the new collection arrives at ‘Stijl’, I immediately get the photos sent and can buy my must-haves for the new season via Whatsapp.
