We are certainly not sitting still here... A road trip along Highway 1, a trip to Las Vegas, and the most culinary evenings in LA. But when I heard we could go to Coachella for a day, this surpassed everything we had done so far!

I only knew the festival from the photos of Cara, Kylie, and Paris, but Coachella is definitely more than spotting celebs. An amazing line-up, fantastic vegan food stalls, and ONLY good-looking and well-dressed festival-goers. My highlight of the day was Stromae, who made everyone go wild with his beautiful FFrench songs (which three-quarters of the audience didn’t understand). Next year we’re going for the full three days!

When I spotted this amazing bomber jacket on the street in Silver Lake, I immediately approached the wearer to ask about the brand. Life-threatening, in hindsight. Carin Wester turns out to be a fantastic Scandinavian clothing brand of which I immediately added half the collection to my sshopping bbag. Rest assured, I clicked away the site in time. But it is definitely ‘a new brand to watch’.

Now I could already cross off my (first) sshooting experience from my bucket list a few weeks ago, but for a few friends who are also in LA, this was still at the top of their LA to do list! So we went together with among others Gaite Jansen and ‘Cat Carpenters’ Claire Slootheer to sthe shooting range LAX to shoot a round. Terrifying to realize how by my second visit I was no longer startled by the loud bangs and flying bullets around your ears...
