Oh how I love freshly baked granola.Have you ever tried making granola yourself? Then I really recommend this. The whole house smells in the morning of freshly baked granola and it's a delicious breakfast! It's also quick to make: within half an hour you can enjoy your homemade granola.
What do you need for 1 jar of coconut/cranberry granola?
• 100 grams of oats
• 15 grams of coconut oil
• 60 grams of honey
• 40 grams of nuts (I used: cashews, pecans, and almonds)
• 25 grams of cranberries
• 20 grams of coconut flakes
• pinch of salt
• teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees. Mix the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Heat the coconut oil and honey briefly in the microwave until everything is melted and add this as well. Mix everything well together.
Now spread everything over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in the oven for a quarter of an hour. Keep a close eye on it (it can go quickly!). When the quarter of an hour is up, take it out of the oven. Let it cool down well. Once it has cooled down, add the cranberries and coconut flakes to it. Mmm.. so tasty and easy. Enjoy!
