DOUTZEN RESPONDS TO ‘ADULTERY’ SUNNERY

Tall trees catch a lot of wind. Especially if you are exceptionally beautiful and also have a wonderful love affair with the father of your children – as we can learn almost daily via Instagram – there is always something or someone who likes to kick against that.

Today it was announced The Telegraph with the news that Sunnery James, the husband of Doutzen Kroes, had a slip-up with an Amsterdam student during the recordings of the program The Winter Over in the Austrian Kirchberg. The slip would cause severe tensions in the Kroes household.

A story about adultery in the marriage of the most beautiful woman in the Netherlands is of course juicy as anything and the internet was about to explode, had it not been for the student in question who debunked the story in no time. She would have only had ‘a conversation of a few minutes with the DJ’. When it was then time to wake up in New York, the couple also made their voices heard. Of course via Instagram where they both sent a loving photo from their marital bed into the world. “What’s the news today?” is the nonchalant caption from Sunnery.

“Doutzen and Sunnery are laughing together about this. This actually makes them closer. After all these years, they are more in love than ever,” confirms Sarah Keller, Doutzen's manager. And that was as if the elephant with the big trunk blew the little story away.
