After her appearance at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night, it's high time to pause and reflect on the dazzling beauty of Jennifer Lopez. Because man, oh man, does that woman look good.

J.Lo walked the red carpet in a black blazer – without a bra – and a mini skirt, finished off with a statement belt from Versace. She wore here a gold clutch from Salvatore Ferragamo, high sandals from Giuseppe Zanotti and a whole lot of gold jewelry from Melissa Kay, Melinda Maria, and Effy. Cool, sexy, edgy, stylish, it was all of that and earned her today the top spot on all best-dressed lists.

She has been around for decades, turns 46 this year, but may be more beautiful than ever. In the American media, she is often referred to as the Benjamin Button of Hollywood. Her secret? Jenny from the block exercises daily for an hour according to the Tracy Anderson method. Sleeps at least eight hours every night, drinks no alcohol, and eats no salt or sugar. So no secret, just iron discipline. Sigh.
