GREAT CHOICE IN GLUTEN-FREE FOOD
Gluten-free food is a hype these days. Not everyone who has eliminated gluten from their diet has an intolerance to it, but those people simply feel better for it. I can understand that. Gluten-free food is also really tasty and it doesn't have to be difficult at all. But actually, it is especially important for people with celiac disease to be well-informed about where gluten is and isn't. But did you know that some people also feel a lot better when they eliminate gluten from their menu? This group is gluten-sensitive (or sensitive to gluten), but often doesn't even realize it. It can therefore be beneficial to test for a month what gluten-free eating does for you, and how nice is it when you have enough inspiration for different gluten-free recipes and don't always have to reach for oatmeal? Fortunately, there is Genius.
A brand that produces incredibly delicious gluten-free products. Yesterday, Genius presented an extensive picnic in the Hortus in Amsterdam to showcase gluten-free products and, of course, to let people taste them. We went straight (hungry) from the plane at JFK to investigate. And Amayzine is critical, you should know.
First, it's nice to know that the Genius professionals have been working for 3 years (3 YEARS!) on developing the tastiest bread. Gluten-free bread, mind you. And the nice thing is that you don't have to toast a slice first and that it is simply available fresh from the bakery at Albert Heijn. You have the option of white, brown, fruit, and seed bread. So there is choice! But yes, you don't know Genius yet if you haven't tasted their chocolate muffins. That's what we particularly dove into. Of course, there is a bit of sugar in it, but to be honest: otherwise, it wouldn't be any fun, would it?
So people who need or want to eat gluten-free, Genius will become your best friend. We have already stocked up on a box with different breads to see if everyone can recognize the difference with wheat bread. Big chance they won't!
