Oh my god I'm going to...
Yes, oh my gosh guys, I can hardly say it, but a little 24 hours after I land at Schiphol from New York, I will be getting on a plane again for a new trip. And this time to: Canada! Toronto to be precise. In those 24 hours at home, I will swap my heels and dresses for flat shoes (yes really) and pants, because while it's all about flaunting here in New York, in Canada I'm going to play outside more.
Air Canada has invited me to go to Toronto for a week to see for myself why that city and its surroundings are absolutely amazing. Canada has always been on my must-see lists but strangely enough, it has never turned into a concrete plan to go there. No idea why, somehow Canada apparently isn't a country that you quickly choose to go on vacation to, because from my many travel-hungry friends, only a small group has ever been there.
after a soaked New York I've had enough of those showers
Jet has by the way, and she said it's “the most beautiful trip I've ever made.” And that's exactly what everyone else from that small group says too. Canada is impressive, full of insane nature, vibrant cities, and particularly nice people. So why not go? I received an extensive program and we're really going to do some cool things, which I will of course show you in detail and tell you about.
For now, I just had to write down my enthusiasm because oh my gosh, I'm going to Canada! There are also some free hours in the program so people with Toronto tips, please throw them at me, I want to hear everything. Now let's hope the weather report turns a bit because as it looks now, there is a lot of rain rain rain and I can tell you, after a soaked New York I've had enough of those showers. Fingers crossed!
