Queen Máxima

Today we celebrate Kingsday in The Netherlands and one of the absolute highlights of the day is finding out what queen Maxima decided to wear to the national birthday celebration of her husband.

I was hanging in front of the TV for quite some time before she finally appeared in a burgundy cape just like the little princesses, who each had their own color.

The pride of The Netherlands I would say. Although I did sigh when I saw princess Laurentien wearing red next to the queen. This is the second time that the queen, while traveling by boat has a lady in red beside her. Not very appropriate ladies.

No matter. Her royal highness Máxima blows everyone away with her looks and enigma. Three hurrahs for our king and his beautiful queen. Cheers!
