Elke is therefore typically that colleague who is more than perfect. Everything, and I mean everything, is fun, pretty, and good about her. Her English is more than perfect and she has such a nice American accent that makes every word she utters melt-worthy. She sends me a sweet little photo of a ‘sloth’ (which she also pronounces so enviably), and when I was totally panicking with a lot of stuff at The Hoxton I was standing, she biked over to help me. Sweet. More than sweet. And she is incredibly beautiful. Because when we biked to the office, it was raining so hard that we arrived like drenched kittens, but even then she was the most beautiful of all. You understand; a colleague who is indispensable.

And Elke is also incredibly modest. Because no, she doesn't think she is exceptionally pretty and she often apologizes for a ‘offday in looks’ – while she is actually wearing the coolest outfit from the editorial team. As you can see, that is completely unnecessary. Here are pants from Cheap Monday, a blouse from Zara, and shoes from the same brand. Oh and that scarf, that scarf, I would love to sit next to Elke all day to pet this fake fur, so soft. It's from H&M and Elke actually stole it from a friend, so she is finding that out now that she sees the photos. Sorry. She tops it all off with a bag from Mulberry. Let me have such an offday look every day. Way too fun and way too pretty.
