May's eating and fitness diary

I haven't drunk for three days (that's a shock for me) and haven't touched a grain of sugar. I sleep wonderfully and receive compliments about my skin. The fact that you can already see that worries me a bit. Then a glass of wine a day isn't as good as is sometimes said. Okay, I usually drink two, but still.

Another funny thing is that I'm not losing weight. That reassures me for when I fall back into my menu of French cheese, Spanish sausage, and Italian wine. Anyway. I feel fit and good and have already gone to exercise for the second time, so as far as I'm concerned, I'll keep this up for a while and eat this.

Breakfast

Yogurt with an apple and granola then.

Usually my beloved makes my breakfast, but now I did it myself and saw that this was one of those fake low-fat yogurts with sugar, so I think. Grrr, can you blame me for not losing weight? I was so shocked that I immediately took a small bowl.

Lunch

Two rice cakes with lettuce.

In between

An apple.

’In the evening

Grilled vegetables and a grilled white fish.

And no wine, just tea. Proud of me, Jetje?
