MY CLUMSY AND STUPID ACTIONS

Does anyone else have this, please?

I can be quite clumsy. Tripping, spilling food, losing things, I no longer get surprised by myself. Some find it cute, I often find it incredibly annoying, but it's not like I'm going to “work on it” or anything. I really need to write down some situations in the hope that you can recognize yourselves in some (stupid) actions. Then I'm not the only one. I hope.

That you put something in your bag where you already think: I should actually close this a bit better, because it's going to open and everything will be a mess. And yes, you guessed it.

The same goes for my toiletry bag when I travel. On the plane there's a chance that your deodorant, cream tube, hair product, or something like that will leak. It all expands up there in the air, so it's going to drip. Every time I think again: maybe I should put this in an extra plastic bag, but I still don't do it. What happens? The whole toiletry bag is covered in nail polish.

Lying in bed and realizing that the laundry is still in the washing machine and actually needs to be hung up. Then I think: oh, I'll do that tomorrow, but then the next day it's such a hassle because there was something in there that you really wanted to wear.

Lying in bed again and realizing that you actually need to take the trash out because it's always picked up very early. I always decide that I don't feel like it and will wake up extra early to put that bag outside my door. What do you think? I end up waking up later or really don't feel like quickly going outside in my pajamas.

Opening very little mail.

Refusing to use a digital calendar, but sometimes forgetting your paper calendar as well.

Having to buy new earplugs every month. I don't know. Someone keeps secretly eating them or something.

Always locking my bike with just one lock (not in the mood for all that hassle with the padlock). That bike has been stolen a few times, but I keep doing it.

I am always losing my keys.

Then I might really like to stand in the kitchen often, but burning something does happen sometimes. I get distracted easily. WITH EVERYTHING.
