TOUCHDOWN TOMMY
A regular fixture on Monday morning at 11:00 AM during New York Fashion Week; the show of Tommy Hilfiger. Such a delightful everything-out-of-the-closet show. The backdrop is an all-American spectacle, the best models are walking, and you want to wear the clothes immediately because in February the fall/winter collection is shown, so bring on those fun fur coats, hats, and wool sweaters.
Yesterday, Tommy had recreated an American Football Stadium and in the stadium were Anna Ewers (she opened the show and I understand why, because you won't find anyone prettier and sexier), Gigi Hadid, Jourdan Dunn, Malaika Firth, and our local friends Maartje Verhoef, Julia Bergshoeff, and Ine Neefs. Okay, Ine is Belgian but she’s still a bit of ours.
The VIPs also plunged into the cold and flocked to Park Avenue Armory. Chiara Ferragni, Olivia Palermo, Mariano Di Vaio, Janelle Monáe, and Rita Ora were waving and clapping a few rows in front of us. And rightly so, because Tommy had yet another delicious collection, the best and most models, the best music, and the most beautiful decor. Touchdown Tommy then.
What did the celebs and models think of it? We asked them all. Just take a look here.
