And we are back in Amsterdam! Fashion week hasn't been easy on me, I'm sniffling a lot, I'm constantly cold and then warm again, and the world is spinning quite a bit. Nothing strange by the way, many people suffer from “Fashion Week Fever” at the end of it all. You have to imagine that you're running around outside every day from 08:00 until about 21:00, and then sitting behind your laptop for a few more hours. Quite intense. But man, it was so much fun, I'm really already looking forward to September. But first, you still have the last day from me to look forward to.

By the time I had packed ALL my clothes and written the last bits, it was almost 01:00, and the alarm went off Wednesday at half past 5. We had to leave our apartment with suitcase and all by 11:00, but the Louis Vuitton show was at 10:00.

So we first went to Gare du Nord to drop off our suitcases and then to the Fondation Louis Vuitton, where the show was. Everything was, of course, totally on the other side of the city and since I was quite afraid of the morning rush hour and we really couldn't afford to be late, I had planned everything quite generously. In the end, we arrived well on time at the venue. Just like Selena Gomez, by the way, who entered the building under the accompaniment of hysterical screaming and crying (seriously) from hordes of fans.

And it continued like that for a while. Kim and Kanye caused mass hysteria, Chloe Grace Moretz likewise, and we haven't even talked about Anna Wintour, Jennifer Connelly, Stromae, Michelle Williams, Mario Testino, Natalia Vodianova, Fan BingBing, Christian Louboutin, and Lauren Santo Domingo.

A well-filled front row then. The sun is starting to break through a bit and everyone is in a great mood because this is the last day of fashion month. The show is being broadcast live and while Sas and I are waiting for the outflow, May sends me all the looks, so handy.

Once all the types are gone, we rush back into the city for the next show: that of Miu Miu. We quickly grab a bite to eat and then stand in front of the barriers again. Miu Miu is, as always, the last of the season. There is a certain restlessness among the attendees, but also a clear fatigue. Everyone is exhausted and very happy at the same time. My phone is now quite in the red again, as May-Britt says: “those things seem to leak during fashion week.” And that is really true. I suspect a conspiracy.

At Miu Miu we see the whole spectacle again and after the show, everywhere “It's a wrap!” is shouted. Everyone cheerfully calls out “See you next season!” and it makes me a bit nostalgic. It was such a fun spectacle, no matter how tiring it was, it also gives so much energy. It felt a bit like the last day of school, you're so happy that you have vacation but you're also going to miss everyone so much. I've met so many nice new people, whom I kept running into everywhere every day. We exchanged a lot of cards and we'll see each other again in a few months but still, I'm really going to miss them a bit.

After Miu Miu, Sacha walks through the city to film some shots of Paris and I also take a walk via Gare du Nord (I have to take off my heels). By now, I've gotten sicker by the minute and keep sneezing and sniffling, so I park myself on a terrace. Against better judgment, I order a glass of white wine but it tastes terrible to me, well then you know it. At 7 o'clock, Sas and I meet again at the station and we slowly make our way back to Amsterdam three hours later. Dearest Paris, thank you for a fantastic week and see you very soon.
