Another little thing: the boobies. I don't know why, but those things seem to grow as age progresses. Really! Surveying peers, it turns out I'm not the only one. Must be something to do with hormones, no idea. Anyway, I'm not happy about it.

I know there are masses of women who are willing to go to great lengths for it, but believe me: with a cup size D (Deeeee!) I think it's enough. Especially for someone like me who doesn't have long legs (1.64 cm), the body quickly seems out of proportion. The average man might think differently, but I absolutely find clothing looks better when your front isn't too dominantly present. Thank goodness there are ways to make things look different optically.

Voilà…

The most important thing is wearing a good bra. If you want your breasts to look smaller, choose a minimizer. It distributes the volume of your breasts. Good support is a must to prevent everything from sagging. I advise you to go to a lingerie store where you get old-fashioned help.

Be careful with clothing with high collars. I would definitely skip a turtleneck sweater. Preferably choose a U-neck or V-neck that shifts the focus to the neck instead of the breasts. With a V-neck, it's most beautiful if the V ends where the cleavage starts. It elongates the vertical line of your upper body and flatters your cleavage. The more skin you show at the neck, the prettier it is.

Don't camouflage your breasts with shapeless models, but bring shape to your upper body with, for example, a wrap top. A wrap top pulls the breasts forward and draws attention to your waist.

Wear tops in dark colors and be careful with overly exuberant patterns. This is of course to shift the attention.

Wear tops over your pants or skirt that come down to below your waist instead of to your waist. This way, your upper body looks longer.

Avoid ruffles and flounces. Especially if you're a bit older, that can quickly look a bit childish.

Choose a top that runs straight down from the breasts (a boxy model) and choose a model that ends at the waist so it doesn't look too heavy and clumsy due to the length.

Choose beautiful quality fabrics. A good drape is essential. Sequins and velvet are a no-go.

If you wear a T-shirt, choose one of a thin quality that falls loosely around your body. The neckline shouldn't be too high.

Wear jackets and cardigans. I prefer to wear them a bit open. And if you wear a jacket, then preferably not a double-breasted model, as that unnecessarily makes your torso wide.

If you go for a blouse, make sure it's not too tailored to avoid a gaping closure. Too oversized isn't handy either. Choose a model that follows the body shapes a little and a fabric that falls smoothly. And again, it's better to create the idea of a V-neck (so with a bare neck) than to close the model all the way up to the neck.

Wear a long scarf. Besides being very stylish, it draws attention away from the breasts. I wouldn't advise a long necklace as it draws attention instead.

Finally, the most important tip: ensure a good posture. And radiate confidence.

Good luck!
