This is how you drink enough water in a day

Water is good for everyone. You know it, right: good for your skin, digestion, and it ensures that your waste can be eliminated. I have written a post about it before. here In other words: people, drink enough water. About two liters a day, and you'll be doing really well. You can also see it very well in your pee: the darker the color, the more you need to drink. I'll give you some tips and tricks to make it easier if drinking enough water isn't really in your system yet.

  • Add a little lemon or a slice of cucumber or orange, it gives the water a small touch of attractiveness and festivity.
  • Tea is also water, so brew some cups of that too. A sprig of mint in it or brew a big pot of herbal tea.
  • Make an agreement with a colleague to drink a lot of water and help each other remember it from time to time.
  • Work with large glasses.
  • Place a glass of water next to your bed when you go to sleep. When the alarm goes off, drink half a liter right away. You've got that done immediately. Try to really make this a habit.
  • Make sure you always have a bottle in your bag. A full bottle, of course.
  • If you really find it very difficult to remind yourself, you can set an alarm. Water drinking time!
  • There is an app an app with which you can keep track of the amount of water you drink. It even becomes a fun little game.
