This is how your engine purrs extra well in the morning
It is important to help your metabolism get going a bit in the morning. That is your engine. Your metabolism needs to be running all day long and preferably a bit well too, if I may speak for everyone.
Drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as you get up. A cold glass is fine too, but I read everywhere that a slightly warmer temperature is better.
I am also a big fan of a squeezed lemon in the morning. Snap, in one go to the back. My dentist actually finds it a bit less fun.
Eat fibers and proteins. A bowl of oatmeal is amazing. You're already doing great if you add a little cayenne pepper, that's very spicy (just a little), but it helps a lot with kickstarting your metabolism. You can also blend this into a shake with banana and orange, for example.
In general skipping breakfast is really a very bad idea. By eating, you get the engine going.
Exercise. Running is free. Step out your door, take a good round in your neighborhood and it's done. You don't have to deal with gym stuff and it's also very good for your mind. A bit of yoga can’t hurt either. Like a sun salutation. Just look here how to do it, it can easily be done in your living room.
