In the past, I was extremely against oils. It only gave a extremely greasy effect or an extremely shiny face. Hair that seemed not to have been washed for weeks, skin that shone so much that everything just dripped off your body, that kind of stuff was my daily business. That Gwyneth, Kate and Victoria were indeed quite fond of it, of course raised the necessary question marks, because I was obviously doing something terribly wrong. After all these years, I realize that I just used way too much. One drop is already enough. So watch out, because if you use these tips, hopefully, you'll quickly find yourself in the list of the aforementioned names. My latest interest; rosehip oil.
What is it actually; rosehip oil?
Rosehip oil is of course completely natural and plant-based. It owes its name to the botanical name Rosa Mosqueta, from which the seeds are pressed into oil. Rosehip oil contains a huge amount of linoleic and gamma-linolenic acid. Sounds complicated, but simply put, it's an ingredient that helps the oil to be absorbed quickly into the skin instead of creating a greasy layer.
Why then?
Because the concentration is so high, it is a very effective substance. Very pure. It also contains a lot of vitamins, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, B, K, retinol, carotene, and so on. Vitamin C can help against pigmentation spots and has a protective factor, carotene stimulates the production of melanin and retinol improves skin structure which is quite nice against wrinkles. It has also been shown in a study, god this sounds so scientific, that it helps improve scars. Isn't it wonderful, such an oil that really has everything we want in one drop?
That's why
You can easily smooth away those wrinkles with rosehip oil. Bye-bye! But that's because it's extremely good for the skin's regeneration process. Again so complicated, but that simply means that wrinkles, stretch marks, acne, and eczema can be smoothly applied and remain supple. As a result, it cannot develop much further. Miranda Kerr, who has quite a fuzzy skin, doesn't go to bed at night without putting a few drops on her face. “I put that on at night and I wake up glowing. Who needs botox?”
