This is what you do against

Alright, it's already September and that means for most people that the summer (vacation) is really over now. With your head, you are still at the beach, so getting back into work mode is difficult. A week ago, you would be looking at your watch around this time and suggesting to order a cocktail or a glass of wine. Unfortunately, “the ”real” life has started again and I can imagine that there is sometimes a little energy dip during work (because you would rather be lying by that pool). I'm going to help you with that.
- Go outside and take a little walk. Even if it's just 3 minutes. Just get away from the place where you are working. Then you'll be over it in no time.
- Eat something. A banana, for example. Or make a cup of coffee.
- Put on some cheerful, swinging music in your ears. Or if your colleagues don't mind, maybe the radio can be a bit louder.
- Take a piece of gum.
- Drink water, and not from the jug that's nearby, but take a little walk to the tap. That way, you'll move a bit too.
- Take a few deep and conscious breaths. Stand up and stretch yourself really long, just stretch.
- And, what can also help a lot: goto bed an hour earlier.
