What your workout says about you (or him)

When someone tells me they do cross country skiing I find myself thinking “lazy”. Utter nonsense of course as I have never done it, nor have I tried skiing, so look who's talking. When someone tells me they run marathons I think “ Gosh what a sports fanatic, super fit and full of energy.” And if it's mountain biking, “adventurous” is the first word that comes to mind. Your choice of sport says a lot about you personally according to an article I happened to come across on this subject. What sport do you do?

Are you a runner?

You like to be the centre of attention and listen to upbeat music. Just so you know.

Are you a cyclist?

You deal well with stress. You’ re not in want of a bike with expensive labelling you just have a materialistic state of mind.

Are you a swimmer?

Your bedroom is very neat and tidy. Most swimmer's bedrooms are. Don't ask me why.

Are you a walker?

You don't like too much attention and aren't a materialistic type of person.
