Actually, this is of course Jet's corner, but for a while now I've been moving too (and not just my right hand towards my mouth or jogging to the PC, but really with sports and sneakers on and stuff) so I suddenly feel incredibly knowledgeable in this area. And besides, I've already done a workout on the beach three times. I'm addicted. And here's why.

1. You feel like an absolute champ

It doesn't have to be at all, vacation is for being lazy and niente da fare, but if you do roll out your mat and work for fifty minutes, then you can be really proud of yourself. That's all the people who walk towards breakfast with a hangover and pass you with a round belly, all admiringly taking off their sun hats for you.

2. You also benefit at home

We all do our best to get the most beautiful tan and show off our bronzed skin when we get home, but two extra vacation kilos make that overall picture just a little less. It doesn't really matter, but how nice is it when you return with a brown AND toned belly? Then you are really happy, you know.

3. You get beautifully tanned

When you move in the sun, your color becomes even deeper and more beautiful. Make sure to apply sunscreen, okay, otherwise you'll get wrinkly and get spots (not to mention that terrible k).

4. Your lunch tastes so much better

Jet said it the other day too, but it's also so much more deserved. Moreover, you really feel hungry and everything tastes even better when you've trained in the morning. And yes, you can definitely have a glass with it. If anyone deserves it.

5. The memory

Working abroad is fun, but so is exercising. Because it makes you feel a bit like a local. And that gives an extra nice memory. Shall I see you tomorrow morning at 09:00 on the beach?
