Nothing more irritating than when my telephone dies just as I start my run. I seriously just turn around and go back home. And then not to charge it, but to do some other fun thing. I can’t run for a meter without music and because I get sick of my playlists, I asked the Amayzine interns for their favourite work-out songs.
Maud for instance prefers not having words in the music, because otherwise she sings along and that takes energy. They need to be up tempo songs though because she usually works out to the beat. Okay, well each to their own. Yvette prefers happy songs. She doesn’t work out that often, but loves cheerful music to get her moving. Felice called her mother up to ask what songs she plays for her spinning-classes. And this lovely little list was the result of my research.
