What does your Christmas look like this year? Tell me everything, you wake up on Christmas Day and then...

“I am currently enjoying a lovely vacation, so my Christmas will look very relaxed. Unfortunately, Christmas Day is also our last day on vacation. When I wake up, I will first have a nice breakfast in the hotel, then I will go to the slopes (where there is a little bit of snow) to snowboard. Around noon, we will eat somewhere on the slopes, which is usually very nice in Austria. When I come back to the hotel around noon, I prefer to go to the sauna for a bit and then get ready to go out for dinner in the village in the evening.’

Wat is je mooiste, liefste kerstherinnering?

“A few years ago, when we didn't go on vacation, we always had a Christmas dinner with the whole family. At that time, I didn't like much, so I couldn't really appreciate all the culinary delights from my aunts. But I do know that it was always very cozy with my cousins.”

Online for the fun Christmas pictures, scrolling through Instagram and WhatsApping with your friends or offline with friends and family?

“There are messages sent to wish everyone happy holidays, and of course, there will be a snapshot on Instagram.”

Welke boeken liggen er op je te wachten?

“To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of books, I prefer magazines. So during my vacation, I always read a lot of magazines like Vogue and LINDA. And I started reading the book by Diane von Fürstenberg a while ago, and I would like to finish it during the vacation.”

Wat hoop je stiekem onder de boom te vinden dit jaar?

“My driver's license. It would be ideal if I could get that. But other than that, I don't have many wishes, I find it more important that it's cozy.”

Which Christmas movie are you going to watch for the 87th time this year?

“Very typical ‘Love Actually’, such a lovely movie.”

All together at the Christmas dinner, what does your playlist look like?

“Oh, I love Christmas music! My playlist will also be the Christmas Top 100 from Spotify.”

Wat ga je zelf eigenlijk koken? En wat wordt daarbij geschonken?

“I will enjoy dining out on Christmas Day. On Boxing Day, I will be back home, but I think we will keep it simple with a nice piece of salmon with something on the side or maybe we will go gourmetting. But since we have had a long journey, I think we will keep it simple.”

In your comfy outfit on the couch or dressed up at the table?

“I prefer to sit nicely at the table, but since I am on vacation, it's not really necessary to dress up or wear a dress in the cold. So I keep it simple and save my dress for New Year's.”

De deur uit of de hele dag op en rond de bank?

“Out the door. Definitely on Christmas Day when I am still on vacation, because then I will be on the slopes all day. And on Boxing Day, I will spend half the day in the car.”
