12 WAYS TO UNWIND

We sometimes forget to unwind. Even if you're not necessarily very busy with work, you can still feel stress from the laundry you still have to do, the house that needs to be tidied up or those friends you’ve been wanting to meet up with for ages. Me-time (I hate the word, but you immediately understand what I mean) is essential. And I'm going to tell you how you can let your mind relax for a bit, shut out the noise from outside, and how you can immerse yourself in attention for yourself., 1. 4. Call one of your parents.
