6 X THE PROOF THAT ANNA WINTOUR IS INDEED NICE

The feared bob is in Milan and with a bit of luck, I might see her sitting somewhere (want to know how to get front row seats? Read here). here Not always wearing sunglasses, she usually puts them on her haughty little nose only when the lights go on and the show really starts.

I have indeed received a friendly nod from her a few times. Moreover, I believe that any woman of that age (she could have spent her days long arranging flowers and playing Patience) who still holds such a position and has such upper arms deserves nothing but bows and applause. Take note. Today in tribute to Anna, six hard proofs of why this woman is indeed nice and funny. In an interview about Vogue’s Fashion Night Out, she mentions that Lady Gaga was present at the previous edition. And that she, Gaga, was communicating with God at the back of the room and was discussing whether it was a good idea for her to go on stage. “Fortunately God gave her the message to perform… After 45 minutes…” I find that amusing.

  1. Anna was a guest on talk show host Stephen Colbert's show, who immediately went in hard by starting his first question with: “Alright tough guy…”. Anna does not let herself be intimidated and after half a minute continues to ask: “Don’t you think you can take a few more risks regarding the way you dress?”, which throws him off quite a bit. Colbert then asks if fashion and art really go together, and Anna replies: “I believe that fashion can be just something that you wear, as you do…”. She then continues on the artistic approach to fashion.
  2. When she is a guest with Marc Jacobs on Jimmy Fallon, it’s laughing, joking, and Jimmy Fallon says that what he likes about her parties at the Metropolitan Museum of Art is that you can finally drink in a museum and asks if that is still allowed this year. “We’ll still let you drink. Smoking is another story.”.
  3. And just take a look at the entire 73 questions video, you can't help but find her nice.“
  4. In an interview, she talked about the moment her first Vogue cover went to the printer and the printer called her to ask if ‘everything was correct’ and if she ‘hadn’t sent the wrong cover’. She had to laugh heartily about it herself because it was indeed exactly the cover she had in mind.
  5. One last talk show appearance. David Letterman. He mentions that everyone thinks she’s so cold. Anna’s response: ‘I read in.
  6. this week I’m an ice queen. I’m the Sun King, I’m an alien fleeing from District 9, and I’m a dominatrix.“ So I reckon that makes me a lukewarm royalty with a whip from outer space. What do you think?” The New York TimesAnna, I like you better with the sentence. What am I saying? With the word.”
